Amendment II
The second amendment describes the right to bear arms in the United States. You cannot have charges against you for legally owning a gun.
Amendment IV
The fourth amendment says that people cannot search a person's home without a warrent.They can neither take their property.
Amendment V
The fifth amendment explains how a person has the right to a fair trial and cannot be convicted of the same crime twice. It also talks about how you are not forced to say anything during a trial.
Amendment VI
The sixth amendment gives you the right to a speedy trial and to have representation by a lawyer. Also gives you the right to know the charges against you.
Amendment VII
The seventh amendment discusses that when a trial has a contreversity over $20 , then you have the right to a civil jury. Also talks about after a jury has decided the facts, a judge cannot over turn that decision.
Amendment VIII
The eighth amendment explains that before a trial, you have protection from excessive bail. Also, after a trial, you have protection from excessive fines or cruel and unusal punishment.
Amendment IX
The ninth amendment states that even if something isnt stated in the Constitution, the natural rights are guarenteed to humans. These rights cannot be denied.
Amendment X
THe tenth amendment states that if the Constitution does not specifically grant a specific power to the government, it automatically goes straight to the power of the states. The power also goes to the people.
